Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. is looking for experienced candidate from the Bangladeshi nationals to recruit in the post of Ground Service Assistant as per following terms and conditions :

b. At least one 1st division/class up to graduation level or in grading system GPA 3.00/ CGPA 3.00 out of CGPA 4.00/CGPA 3.75 out of CGPA 5.00/Average C in “O” level (Best 5 subjects)/ Average D in “A” level (Best 2 subjects).
c. No 3rd division/class or in grading system GPA below 2.00 /CGPA below 2.25 out of 4.00/CGPA below 2.813 out of 5.00/ below Average D in “O” level (Best 5 subjects)/below Average E in “A” level (Best 2 subjects) is acceptable.
|4||Competency||a. Should have thorough knowledge in Computer application especially on Airlines Departure Control System.
b. Well conversant on spoken English.
c. Willing to work in a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoon, evening, night, weekend and holiday.
d. Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multiple functions.
|5||Experience||2 (Two) years working experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Passenger Service, Special Handling of Passengers, Baggage Service including lost and found, Gate Service, Ramp Operations.
|6||Age Limit as on 04/08/2016||Maximum 30 years and 32 years for descendant of freedom fighter.|
|7||Nature of employment||Casual.|
|8||Wages||Tk.425.00 Plus Meal Allowance Tk.100.00 per day|
|9||Terms & Conditions
i. Candidates fulfilling the requisite qualification and competency may apply as per prescribed form [available in Biman website www.biman-airlines.com] with covering letter attaching 03 copies of recent passport-sized color photograph along with attested copy of all necessary educational certificates, experience certificate, NID and a nationality certificate from respective local Chairman/Mayor/Word Commissioner of Union Parishad/Paurashava/City Corporation. In case of descendent of Freedom Fighters, a certificate from the appropriate authority must be attached.
ii. Postal Order/Pay Order (from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh) of Tk.250/- in favour of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. will be required to attach.
iii. No affidavit will be acceptable in case of date of birth.
iv. Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous or any other Organisations must apply through proper channel.
v. Candidates should clearly marked “GSA (Experienced)” on top of the Envelope.
vi. Applications without requisite qualifications & supporting documents will be rejected outright.
vii. No application will be accepted after 04/08/2016.
viii. Eligible candidates will be invited to appear at written test/interview organised by Biman.
ix. Successful candidate(s) will be recruited on 89 days casual basis. However, the candidate may be re-employed after 89 days, if required.
x. Employment of finally selected candidates will be subject to satisfactory police verification report.
xi. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview, test etc.
xii. Biman Management reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or in full at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
